Hello everyone! Hope this Saturday evening finds you all safe and someplace warm. I'm headed out for a night on the town in the big city. Wichita here I come.
This week was a struggle as my weight was kinda stagnant. I pushed through and finally knocked a couple pounds off. We are getting really close to ordering those shoes!!! With school out several days, Chris wasn't able to meet up with me but I didn't let that stop me. I only did weights 2 days this week but lots of cardio. Still doing a minimum of 1 hour each day, but most days getting in at least 2 hours of cardio total.
I am starting to see a difference in the gut! The legs are starting to trim up a bit also. And finally I think the tanning bed is starting to change my skin from BRIGHT WHITE to a somewhat BRIGHT RED or maybe TAN.
I have began using an app on my phone called 'myfitnesspal'. It allows you to track everything you eat and drink as well as all exercise. I really like it as I had no idea what I was taking in, in calories before. It was obviously a lot. Try it out!!
So with about 33% of my weight loss goal complete---I push on. I am sure it will only get harder but I am determined.
