Alright I have to admit, it is just a little embarrasing putting these photos on here but even with my man-boobs I wanted to put them here to possibly help inspire someone else who is wanting to lose weight but just hasn't found the motivation to do it.
So here you go. Laugh away.
As I stated in my blog post yesterday I lost 6" in waist size. Went from 36" pants to 30". Neck size has shrunk by at least 1 1/2" and probably closer to 2". I wish I had taken some earlier measurements of my thighs. I know they have shrank a considerable amount but have no measurements to go by. As you can see the man-boobs did shrink a cup size or 2.
Well thats all I have for tonight. I'm off to bed.
